About Us

Aurora Hachn is a newly built residential complex designed to provide every family member with comfort, peace of mind, and a safe lifestyle. The community will feature a gated and secured territory with a modern security system. Outdoor areas will be thoughtfully zoned with children’s playgrounds, recreation zones, and landscaped green areas.

Construction began in August 2024 and is scheduled for completion in August 2027. The placement of buildings and floor plan solutions have been developed in full compliance with fire safety regulations and natural lighting requirements. The project includes landscaping, fencing, and convenient access to underground floors, as well as designated driveways for fire trucks.

All exterior walls of the buildings are insulated with 100 mm mineral wool slabs and finished with a ventilated façade system. The roofs are insulated with high-quality expanded polystyrene boards, ensuring energy efficiency and temperature stability throughout the year.

All doors, windows, and glazed surfaces are made with aluminum frames featuring thermal break technology and double glazing, providing excellent energy efficiency, sound insulation, and long-lasting durability.
